Meet The Elves

So without further ado, let's bring out the stars of the show. 

First up is my Ginger.  She's sweet, sassy, and loves to be mischievous. She'll do just about anything for a little excitement.

Next up, Ginger's co-star Elfie.  He seems to have quite the fascination with my girl.

How it all got started..

So I bet you're thinking, "Are you serious?! There's really a blog for that?"  Well, yeah. There is.  Kim and I decided to create this blog, pretty much for our own entertainment, and perhaps for yours as well.

Kim and I met when she moved in last year.  We both have children the same age, and quickly became friends.  So what happens when some slightly crazy, mildly bored housewives get together?  Well, we talk. We laugh.  We create.  We come up with silly, crazy, funny ways of entertaining ourselves. And so this blog was born, to entertain ourselves amidst the hectic and stressful world called kids, husbands, dance class, girl scouts, and anything in between.

We found we shared a love for the "Elf on a Shelf".  Kim's elf is a boy named Elfie, and mine is a girl named Ginger. We have secretly found ourselves plotting that our two sassy elves will eventually fall in love (such a house-wifey story right?).  So this blog is dedicated to their (our) everyday antics of "elfing".  We hope you find this at least slighty as entertaining as we do, and perhaps inspire you to create your own elf antics during the holiday seasons to come.  Enjoy the silly storylines and enjoy yourself.  It's all for just having a good time.
